A Bit About Me
As the founder of Kanvi, my mission is to empower leaders, teams, and organizations to embrace change and unlock their potential. With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in helping clients navigate transitions—whether it’s career shifts, stepping into leadership roles, or organizational changes.
Change has always been a constant in my life, and having lived in five different countries and worked with diverse teams, I bring a global perspective to my coaching. This allows me to guide clients with empathy and insight, tailoring each approach to the unique challenges they face. I believe transitions aren’t just about adapting—they are opportunities for growth.
With a background in academia, research, and mentoring, as well as certifications in coaching and training, I bring both strategic expertise and a deep understanding of human-centered growth. My approach is further enriched by a broad knowledge of emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and other tools that support effective transformation.
At Kanvi, I work with leaders and organizations to create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you navigate uncertainty with clarity, purpose, and confidence.

As the Partnership Director for ICF Bangalore Chapter, I strengthen relationships and build partnerships to drive the growth of the coaching community. My focus on fostering collaborations, enhancing the chapter’s reach, and ensuring alignment with ICF’s global mission is promoting professional coaching, thus contributing to the development of the coaching industry and the continuous professional development of fellow coaches.
Being selected as one of the voices for the ICF brand out of 60000 thousands worldwide is both an honor and a call to action.
This role enables me to amplify the transformative power of coaching, bringing the ICF brand to life and advocating for coaching’s highest standards.
